1. What Counts as a Complete Kitchen
To qualify, your order must include everything that makes a kitchen truly complete and ready to enjoy. This includes:
- Fully fitted kitchen units
- Doors and drawer fronts panels & trims in your chosen range & style
- Your selected worktops
- A suite of essential appliances (must include, oven, hob & fridge)
- A sink
- A tap
If any of these key elements are missing, the order cannot be included in the promotion.
2. Minimum Order Value
Your full kitchen order must total over £5,000 (before, discounts, or promotional deductions). This ensures we are able to offer high quality upgrades while maintaining the craftsmanship and service our customers expect.
