What our customers say

Sarah took all the time we needed and went through all the different possibilities in various combinations. The shop setup meant that we were able to see first hand how it all worked together, until we were happy with our choices. There was never any pressure, just a personal, friendly service. Throughout the purchase and fitting, communication was always prompt whether via email or telephone, and on any occasion we popped into the shop, we always felt valued. All in all it’s been a pleasure and you get a service that only a good local business can deliver.
Mr & Mrs Allen
We absolutely love our kitchen . The cabinets are beautiful and well designed , giving us plenty of easily accessible storage . We are very happy with the colour, which goes well with the brass fittings . The design and fitting experience was ‘5 star ‘ throughout – we couldn’t have asked for more ! Thank you all so much!
Mr & Mrs Foreman
My partner and I engaged the services of Sarah Jane Kitchens following the purchase of a property featuring a non-functional kitchen. From the initial survey through to project completion, we were thoroughly impressed with the standard of service and the final outcome. Alisdair demonstrated exceptional responsiveness throughout the design phase, presenting a diverse selection of layout options and finishes tailored to our needs. Meanwhile, Mark and his installation team executed the project with the utmost professionalism, completing the fitting efficiently and promptly. The resulting space is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, exceeding our expectations in every regard. We would not hesitate to recommend Sarah Jane Kitchens and have already shared their contact information with our neighbours.
Mr & Mrs Nessler
I would also like to express our thanks to you in particular for your help and support in designing and planning our beautiful new kitchen. As we have never had a new kitchen before we were somewhat apprehensive about what to expect. However we need not have worried as, from start to finish, the whole team have been professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Mark, Adam and Luke were brilliant, thorough and amazingly efficient, as well as providing much entertainment, both to us and our spaniel!! We would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah Jane kitchens, and would reassure anyone undertaking a kitchen refurbishment that they will be well supported and advised by all your team. Many thanks again,
Mr & Mrs Ripley

Mr & Mrs Bell
WORTH WAITING, Having spent 2 years looking for a kitchen design that really appealed to us we finally found the perfect one in the Stori brochure. Sarah Jane Kitchens could supply the kitchen and Alisdair worked with us to fit the brochure images into a design for our kitchen and utility room. His recommendations for worktops and flooring perfectly complimented the overall look. A big thanks to Joe Brown Carpentry, again recommended by Alisdair, for a fantastic job turning the design into reality.
Mr & Mrs Jennings
Deciding on a new kitchen is a big decision! Sarah was recommended to us and once we'd met her, we knew that we'd be in good hands. The process was easy from start to finish - I explained what we wanted from the kitchen and we were then able to step back and let it happen. Our kitchen has been transformed from a dated, impractical space with lots of annoyances, into a beautiful space, carefully thought-through and expertly designed - where everything makes sense. Mark and his team absolutely knew what they were doing; they were considerate and respectful, keeping us informed through the process of fitting the kitchen. Our kitchen is tiny but now seems so much bigger - we all love being in there! Thank you, Sarah.
