Sarah took all the time we needed and went through all the different possibilities in various combinations. The shop setup meant that we were able to see first hand how it all worked together, until we were happy with our choices. There was never any pressure, just a personal, friendly service. Throughout the purchase and fitting, communication was always prompt whether via email or telephone, and on any occasion we popped into the shop, we always felt valued. We absolutely love our kitchen . The cabinets are beautiful and well designed , giving us plenty of easily accessible storage . Very pleased with our kitchen make over, had lots of choice and colours which appealed To us. The fitters who carried out to do the work were very good, nothing was too much trouble, wanted to make sure we were happy with everything and always asked how we wanted things. We had a major revamp knocking rooms together and removing a fireplace and chimney. Now, thanks to assistance from Sarah and Alisdair we have a wonderful ‘wow’ kitchen.
